MAHIMA RICE ADA FOR PALADA PRADHAMAN

Palada Pradhaman is a sweet delicacy from the Malabar region of Kerala - God’s Own Country. It is a ‘Dessert’ (kheer or payasam) served warm after a sumptuous Kerala Sadhya (traditional noon meal).

The main ingredient of Palada is the Rice Ada from the house of ‘MAHIMA’. This Ada is prepared from a chosen variety of rice, directly sourced from the farm to retain its freshness. The rice sourced undergoes a process to make the Ada. (Fine granules) This Ada along with milk, sugar and butter/ghee is then used in the preparation of the Dessert called Palada Pradhaman. Mahima Rice Ada is a cut above other brands in quality and taste. One has to savour to believe it.

MAHIMA RICE ADA FOR ADA PRADHAMAN

Ada Pradhaman is a close sibling of the Palada Pradhaman, offering a different taste. Here, the Mahima Rice Ada is used with coconut milk, jaggery and ghee, to make the Ada Pradhaman. The size of the Rice Ada used is slightly larger in the case of Ada Pradhaman. This also is a ‘Dessert’ (kheer or payasam) served warm in a Kerala Sadhya.

Palada Pradhaman made easy for you - It is a combination of various ingredients like Rice Ada, Sugar and Cardamom powder, packed into one to make instant Palada. Boil milk and empty the contents into it and let it simmer for about 20 minutes. Your delicious ‘Dessert’ is ready to be served.

MAHIMA TENDER MANGO PICKLE

Tender Mango Pickle is a Traditional Kerala Condiment, which tastes delicious. Carefully plucked tender mangoes of a particular variety are used in the preparation. The size of the mango used determines its taste. It is prepared in a traditional manner and stored in wooden barrels sealed tightly and kept away for a year. It is then opened and packed to be used. This preparation needs no artificial preservatives to be used. Unlike other mango pickles, this is a whole mango (uncut) pickle.

MAHIMA PULIYINCHI

Puliyinchi is a mouth-watering pickle delicacy that is sweet, sour and spicy. It is made from best quality tamarind, ginger, green chillies and jaggery. This is an effective digestive agent too, after a heavy meal.
